Hi, I’m Kelly Boule hypnotherapist and holistic nutrition coach and I have been practicing in the Kansas City area for a little over 21 years, and today I would like to talk to you guys about how hypnotherapy can help with confidence. So we need confidence for all kinds of stuff. When we’re making a transition in life and learning new things when we’re trying new things. And it’s very, very normal when we first start our new endeavor to not feel confident, especially when we haven’t done something before.
So initially, those nervous feelings pass after you start moving forward and learning what you’re supposed to learn. But sometimes, you know, we don’t have confidence and we have anxiety and fear and negative self-talk. It can actually not only keep us from growing in our confidence but can actually keep us stuck with trying new things.
Overcoming Anxiety and Improving Self-Talk
So I work with a lot of people over the years on helping them overcome anxiety, fear and improve their self-talk. Because when it comes to trying new things or going for that job promotion you really wanted or changing jobs or anything like that, we need to believe that we can believe in ourselves.
