Hi, I'm Kelly Boulé, hypnotherapist and holistic nutrition coach here in Kansas City, and today I would like to talk to you about how hypnotherapy can help you during your pregnancy.
So I have worked with a lot of women over the years who need some extra emotional and mental support during the time of pregnancy. Pregnancy can be a really uncertain time for a lot of people not knowing what's going to happen inside of our bodies, not exactly knowing what life is going to look like when someone gets here. And hypnosis is really good to help manage anxiety and stress, which of course is super important when you're pregnant.
It's also really good to help with pain management. I have been working with people who have experienced pain basically ever since I started my practice. Hypnosis is a wonderful tool to help relax the pain as you're experiencing that.
It's also really good for fears and phobias. I get clients that want to come in who have a phobia of needles or medical procedures and pregnancy start bringing up all of these fears that they've had and hypnosis is incredible for helping a person to get over fears and phobias.
